That Feeling is the third single from The Farm’s upcoming album Let The Music (Take Control), due in June 2025. This new album is the first in thirty years from the masters behind the ’90s hit All Together Now.
Inspired by Chic, the illuminating single nods to a brighter direction for the band, known for pioneering inquisitive dance and indie.
“The idea behind this song is trying to get into the heart and mind of someone who things they are the future of the world,” says Hooton. “People are more easily duped by false narratives in this day and age, falling into the obvious traps. We need to better understand each other to work out why.”
The new album is being released via Modern Sky on Friday 20th June, and has been produced in the company of Mike Cave (The Charlatans, Bloc Party) in hometown Liverpool.
