Nights Currents Festival is returning to Portsmouth for another year on Saturday 4th October, boasting the UK’s most exciting established and rising talent in the indie scene. Across two stages at The Wedgewood Rooms and The Edge Of The Edge, bands like Swim School and Honeyglaze will be playing with zero clashes.

Scottish indie rockers Swim School have quickly become ones to watch following their string of EP’s and have received support slots with Inhaler, The Amazons and Pale Waves. Now as a quartet, the band are ready to make their mark with a long-anticipated debut album, aptly released just a day prior to the festival. We’ve shown early support for Swim School, with their most recent EP making our ‘2024 Wrap Up’.

Co-headliners Honeyglaze are equally as exciting, riding the high of their sophomore album Real Deal. The South London trio have had a string of sold out shows across their last two UK headline tours, and have received high-praise on the scene.

Elsewhere, you can expect stellar performances from Picture Parlour, The Pill, Y and many more yet to be announced. The festival is shaping up to be a fantastic day of live music, and a great way to support grassroots venues.

Early bird tickets are sold out. General tickets are £25 and are on sale now.
