Weekly Roundup #85

Welcome to Roundup, showcasing the freshest tunes at the moment.

Another week, another roundup. What are you spinning?

Vampire Bat - Glass Animals

While their recent album continued their focus into a more streamlined ‘pop’ sound, Glass Animals’ latest single Vampire Bat feels closer to what many fell in love with in the first place. It feels like the perfect balance of it all, and those grooves have you moving.

Everybody Scream - Florence + The Machine

Don’t panic. Florence + The Machine are back for their hotly anticipated new album, spearheaded by new single Everybody Scream. Everything about is theatrical, and we can’t wait for Halloween to hear the full record.

d£aler - Lola Young

Riding the high of trending single ‘Messy’, Lola Young is already preparing to drop another album this September. The recent tracks have shown her building on the sound that sent her worldwide, and d£aler does the same. It doesn’t re-invent the wheel, but we love it all the same.

red flags and love hearts - Ella Eyre

One of the UK’s most talented and distinctive voices, Ella Eyre, unveiled her fierce new single ‘red flags & love hearts’, taken from her forthcoming second studio record. Steeped in harmony-laden doo-wop and nodding knowingly to her idol Lauryn Hill, ‘red flags & love hearts’ is one of the album’s most poignant late additions.

Dipped - Highschool

Back with another dreamy indie rock track, HighSchool just released Dipped.

The single is part of their campaign for an upcoming selt-titled record this Halloween.
